Andrew Dudzinski

- Group Chairman

With almost twenty years of experience in dealing with international employee benefits and ten years specifically dealing with marine crew benefits development, Andrew's main expertise is in benefits design, benefits packaging, and benefits placement with underwriting markets. Andrew has developed extensive working relationships with many international insurers, Lloyds Brokers, and accident and health underwriters. As an international resident for over twenty-five years, Andrew has been at the forefront of international benefit program development, both at sea and in shore side appointments.

John Haagensen

- Group Director and President

John Haagensen has twenty-eight years of experience in international insurance brokerage, with focus on marine crew benefits. John's early professional life was shipboard as a crew member, working both on cargo vessels as well as cruise ships. Since 1979, John has provided both individual and group benefit solutions to marine crew throughout the cruise industry. He spends much of his time in direct contact with clients on board ships, as well as during port visits. John is one of the founding partners of MHG.

Peter Hult

- Vice President Operations

Peter has over ten years of experience in the marine industry in both shipboard and shore side appointments. In 1995, Peter began his career in the marine industry with Silversea Cruises where he held a variety of positions in the Hotel and HR Departments as well as in Corporate. In 2001, he was tasked with the HR function in the start up phase, and later in the operating stage, of The World of Residensea. For the past four years, Peter has been managing the daily operations of MHG Services.

Jacques Wulffaert

- Director

With twenty years of experience in the hospitality industry, Jacques has worked with several major cruise lines and was associated with the buildup and delivery of The World of ResidenSea. Jacques brings to MHG a combination of management and financial skills in addition to his strong leadership and extensive field experience. Jacques has a BA in Art of Hospitality and a Management degree from Maritime Hotel Management. A native of France, Jacques lives in Miami, Florida.
