Disability Income is an effective risk management tool for employers that not only enhances the value of compensation packages for employees but also provides peace of mind.

It can provide protection against loss of income in the event an employee becomes temporarily or permanently disabled while at work or on vacation. If an employee suffers a permanent disability, your plan can include a benefit that pays a lump sum, which may also be based on the severity of that disability.
