Choosing your Marine Liability Insurance

Marine Liability insurance is for liability or property damages to a third party while engaged in marine related operations. While most General Liability policies exclude work done on the water or on vessels, Marine General Liability insurance specifically addresses this need, and is generally customized to the client's particular needs. For example, a company whose services include cleaning or detailing work on yachts or cruise ships need to include a Shiprepairer's Legal Liability endorsement that insures liability coverage for damages to a vessel while it's in the care, custody or control of the detailer.
